[amsat-bb] nasabare Keps related? - error in Satpc32

I checked, and get the same error.  WIN10, though custom Keps from CelesTrak
and another source, locally mixed and sorted.

<am using the map default view.
<of course I just changed over to W10 so not sure if this is related to Keps
file
<OR OS system.
<anyone else see this error recently?
