[amsat-bb] Foxtelem TLM

Hi Pete, I think that error comes from having a satellite showing on a tab,
but there is no data for it yet (not yet launched).  You can either ignore
the message or remove the satellite using the Spacecraft menu.

Even with the error, the other data should be downloaded and uncompressed.
