[amsat-bb] HuskySat-1: Telemetry, "FWD Power"

I also agree with the others. Signal strength is down significantly. I’m
deciding 3-10 frames a pass now and saw 20-40 a few days ago.

Something is not right

Might be my imagination but the sat frequency seemed to shift a few hundred
HZ as well.
