As pointed out:
1)  both RS0ISS and NA1SS callsigns have been used for ISS SSTV events
2)  What exactly is the "experiment"  that MAI is performing?   Simply
calling it an "experiment" is pretty easy, maybe MEMESat-1 should call
itself an "experiment"?
3)  We currently have at least a few other "amateur" radio satellites that
downlink nothing but a beacon (in some cases with no unique information
whatsoever) - what is the difference there?
