[amsat-bb] JSON API for Satellite Prediction?

I think Heimir's (W1ANT) work on the JSON Satellite Status API is
fantastic!  Nothing like rewarding hard work with another request...

How about a JSON Next Orbit API?  Query would include the satellite name
and a grid location.  Response would be the time of the next pass
information (AOS/Time/Az, Max El/Time/Az, LOS/Time/Az).

That would make a small IoT gizmo pretty darned simple to implement and
remind us when satellites will be overhead
