[amsat-bb] Huskysat-1 Deployment

TLE will be made available for wide distribution shortly after
deployment.  We will share them once I receive them from the HuskySat-1
team.
I expect that they will be added to our nasabare.txt file and posted on
the usual AMSAT news outlets but the responsibility for that falls to
our volunteers who actually do that so I won't speak officially, for them.

Check your equipment!  :-)
