No, the expenditures were not legal or proper. I believe that we were able
to end them. We can leave behavior like that permanently in the past, with
a change of management.
Please, if you are able to vote in the upcoming election, do not return the
incumbents to the board.
I appreciate your mention of fundraising.
I just helped complete a very successful fundraiser for AMSAT engineering.
Thank you to all that participated, provided support, and helped spread the
word. We raised nearly $2,000.
