[amsat-bb] Slack vs. eMail -- The medium is the message

I disagree regarding the use of Slack instead of email. To wit: “With
email you know you probably have time to read through a bunch of messages
and have a day to respond,”. (quote from
https://www.wired.co.uk/article/slack-ruining-work )
Slack is IM. I'd rather have the AMSAT BB email.
