[amsat-bb] ISS and AMSAT?

I am the Director that was on the call.

Frank Bauer has been the only source of information, so far, on the
relationship between AMSAT and ARISS.

The information is positive and greatly appreciated.

AMSAT board of directors is waiting for a promised report from the AMSAT
President about the announcement from ARISS USA.

I'm confident that the path forward can be mutually beneficial and
cooperative.

This is why regular board meetings are a good thing.

If members want regular board meetings, where relationships with
truly wonderful organizations like ARISS USA are reinforced and supported,
please carefully consider who you are voting for in this election.

The incumbents completely shut down regular meetings of the board of
directors of AMSAT.
