[amsat-bb] NOVA rotor iface

I'm sorry, I neglected to say what controller I am using, LVB Tracker. So I used the Kansas City Tracker. The program should need to see a com port so the PC can talk to the controller.

I am using Nova.  Rotor setup is Under Menu > Setup > Antenna Rotator.  Or are you asking something else?  What interface hardware are you using?
