[amsat-bb] LVB Tracker vs. Yeasu GS-232B

I believe that the FoxDelta is more-or-less a clone of the LVB.  I have an
LVB from when AMSAT-NA was selling them pre-built, and it certainly works
fine.  I know others with the FoxDelta and it also works fine.  If I were
starting over and choosing between the two, since I'm willing to do some
building I'd certainly choose the LVB kit to support AMSAT-UK.
