In addition to its own archives, amsat-bb used to be archived at
mail-archive.com here:
https://www.mail-archive.com/amsat-bb@amsat.org/
For whatever reason, that seems to have stopped in 2014. If we could get
that restarted, that would be useful, since it has a pretty good Advanced
Search capability.
