[amsat-bb] Ballots?

More seriously,

We guys far away from US may not receive the ballots in time as for example 3B8 is still close for Post (or limited),  thus members around the world may not be able to cast their vote.

Therefore, I strongly suggest that electronic vote be put in place or at least the ballots should be sent trough e-mail and scan sign copy of the duly filled document be valid for far away members.

Just a suggestion.
