[amsat-bb] Modernized/Efficient Voting [was: Ballots?]

Hi all.

Unfortunately I think my vote will be missed. I still haven’t received my voting paper. It takes over a month for mail from the USA to reach Australia. Then to post it back it just as long. 

There needs to be a system where overseas members can vote & with out being hostage to the snail mail system.
