[amsat-bb] Historical Data download for FOX-1A?

What CSV files are you getting from FoxTelem.  As I recall they all have a
first line that has the name of the field.   Or do you mean
translation from downlinked units to standard units (like volts, ma,
degrees, etc)?  I'm not sure there is a doc, but there probably should be.
Let us know what you need to know.
