[amsat-bb] Linux WXtoImg support?

I have set up a station before with a V dipole from the RTLSDR Kit with a
Raspberry pi 3B. I managed to capture images of Dorian last year. I can
point you in the right direction. Also captured on Windows and controlled
the dongle with Orbitron
