[amsat-bb] Poor Operators

Steve,
The issue is that the "roving" station has
1) Said call over and over multiple times on other QSO's
2) Every other op is saying the correct call....So another chance to hear
it.
There is no issue with doing this on occasion, heck done it myself! If you
didn't hear the call or missed part of it. (just not on every dang pass
because you lack situational awareness). 99 times out of a 100 if the
op would just shut mouth open ears for 30 seconds they would hear the call
and be able to complete a proper QSO.
