[amsat-bb] ISS APRS with an HT

Hi Steve,
I have been able to do so the last two evenings. One thing that I have noticed is, that I don’t see the packets being igated.
I have been able to send and receive packets through the ISS with other amateurs, but they are not being igated.
I am wondering if they have begun to implement the new radio system, but the path down to land based igated, isn’t set correctly.
5 watts is plenty to get up to the ISS.
