Setting up RS-44 in SATPC32

I'm having a major brain cramp on this

RS-44,435640,145965,USB,LSB,REV,0,0,SSB
RS-44,435.605,0,USB,0,REV,0,0,CW Beacon

I have updated the Doppler.sqf file. Saved and restarted SATpc32.

I updated the Keps

But, I can't find the RS-44 in Satellites / nasa.all or anywhere else.

I know this is pilot error, but I am unsure of my mistake.

thanks, Mike va3mw
