[amsat-bb] DOSAAF-85 transponder activation

Dear All,
Confirmed Graham working well.
Made a quick QSO on RS-44 with my good friend Kob (E21EJC) which I contacted on a few birds in the past, really nice.
Also Rx 3B8FA on same bird, seems working fine so far.
