You can get the AMSAT version with a similar title (but not the same book)
in PDF from the AMSAT store, right Paul? That does not require manual
intervention?
But the original writer did not say (clearly to me anyway) if ARRL has
claimed to have shipped it or not. I don't know how their physical
shipments are working. I do know that the USPS has been actually just as
(if not more) reliable than FedEx and UPS lately for me and people I know.
Obviously your mileage varies.
