I use it and it works fine. I also use SDRConsole which also works. 
Howev r, you have to make sure that you run ZADIG.exe to load the 
correct USB driver. One note, if you have a major build upgrade to 
Windows, you'll have to do this again so that you'll get the correct USB 
driver again. Google the ZADIG and you sho0uld get the info you need 
about running and using it.
