[amsat-bb] Satpc32 and ICOM 9700

I'm confused, the address for my radio is A2h but the choices inside Satpc32are nothing like that.  What am I missing?
Also, how can you confirm the program and radio are communicating?  How can I force the program to do something to the radio and thus show me that they arein contact with one another?  I've turned on CAT and it goes plus without anerror but that's not enough
