[amsat-bb] IC 9700 & Satpc32

Gerald,

Okay, but don't let the BB lead you astray.  There are many of us using
SatPC32 with e IC-9700 without difficulty.  I am sure those having
problem will work it through.  Both the IC-9700 and SatPC32 working
together make an excellent satellite station.
