[amsat-bb] Icom IC-821 issues

Hello all, I recently purchased a Icom IC-821H with a few issues. When first powered up, the display has a series of dashes across it, and there is no receive audio. After it warms up for 10min or so it will begin to flicker, and then it comes up and operates as it should. Has anyone ever encountered this issue, and/or have a fix for it? Thanks, Andrew N4LAZ
