Hi Kelley,

Long time no nothin'!  Anyway, I saw a problem once where the FCD was not
quite fitting tightly enough into the USB socket.  I'd suggest trying a
different socket and/or (not a bad idea anyway) getting a short USB
"extension cord", i.e. USB-A to USB-A F to M.
