[amsat-bb] RS-44 on LOTW?

The thought of the TQSL change is to prevent someone re-uploading their log
with an incorrect location and wiping out previously confirmed contacts.

As an example, if I work you and you confirm whatever
grid/state/dxcc/etc... and I do submit the QSO for an award it can still be
changed. So you move, update your  location In HRD and TQSL and upload your
entire ADIF with the new location. Boom. All the QSO's are changed from
confirming your old location to confirming your new location.

Currently it will only do this check if the data is available, but that
could change into a required field at some point.  If it did, I would hope
it would be smart enough to match my defined locations and use them for
each QSO as needed. It sure would be a great improvement for serial rovers!
