[amsat-bb] Huskysat in safe mode

I don't think you were dreaming.   When I checked this morning, the first
line of the HuskySat Telemetry page (
https://www.amsat.org/tlm/health.php?id=6&port=) said "Safe", but the "Safe
Mode" indicator in the Spacecraft Status block said "False".  So something
was going on.....
