[amsat-bb] PO-101 uplink

On 13 and 14 May I had 7 contacts on PO-101 using a 5 watt HT and an Arrow antenna. I did not notice any problems at the time. If anything, to me it seemed to be easier to get in than usual.

This sounds like what I have experienced as well. I have made it into
PO-101 at least once on 5W. That was a few months ago however
