[amsat-bb] SatPC32 won't center on station

SatPc32 question.  New installation.

Under Setup/Options I have Center Map on Observer selected.  But it is 
centered on and following the satellite instead.  I'm running it as 
administrator and any options I change do show up after I quit and 
restart.  I am restarting after I make changes.

I seem to be missing an option that makes it center on observer and stay 
there.
