[amsat-bb] SatPC32 won't center on station

Make sure you are using Zoom factor 1 "Z1"
Window size W1-W3 on Z1 will center on the satellite selected, at least it
does for me.
W4 and W5 are locked to Z1, maybe to do with my screen resolution?
