Hi Roger,
that will happen if one of the selected satellites is constantly or 
never audible at your location (no AOS/LOS times),   e.g. a 
geostationary satellite or a satellite that never rises at your location 
due to low inclination. Remove that satellite from the 'selected' list 
of the group.
