[amsat-bb] LoTW Station Locations

I make a new location in TSQL for each place that I operate. Typically I
only use 4 character grid squares, but you could do more if you wanted to.
Then you pick that location when uploading the contacts. If you have
multiple locations within a single log, you will need to break them up
before uploading, unless they are on different days that could be used to
filter them during upload m
