[amsat-bb] space x frequency

Hi
got a very short tx just above 401.5 Mhz on my sdr console with an RSP1A and a Wimo 70cm helix pointing "Up" , received just about 9 and half minutes after liftoff. At the time, rocket coming overhead from West/Ireland. 

Does anybody know the precise timeline for radio transmisisons amd also frequencies? Am happy to send a copy of my screendump on request. Of course it may be a coincidence.
