The status of the ISS radios is given on https://www.ariss.org/current-status-of-iss-stations.html.

If you look under Columbus Module radios, you’ll see:

Next mode change (cross band repeater) targeting early December.

The exact change date depends on the school contact schedule and astronaut availability.
