[amsat-bb] To Tweet or Not to Tweet

If you just follow AMSAT, most important stuff gets sent there in the first
place, or retweeted there.  I know what you mean, though.  144 characters
(or whatever the current limit is) is not enough to say anything very
useful most of the time.
