[amsat-bb] IC-9700 and 9600 Baud

I'm aware of the thread but the follow-up question is can it be done? We
assume that 9600 baud TX can be done with firmware, but is there a
possibility that the rigs architecture and code are more complex than we
thought?
That might explain why Icom hasn't responded. Just a thought.
