[amsat-bb] Vega rocket (VV16) launch has been postponed

The launch of Arianespace’s Small Spacecraft Mission Service (SSMS) Proof
of Concept flight with Vega has been postponed due to the storm track of
Typhoon Maysak over South Korea, which requires that the Jeju ground-based
telemetry station be protected.
