It might be a haul for you from Titusville, but when you get there look for
a dirt road to your right just before you get to the Fort Mott State Park.
You want to then drive out to Finn's Point. That will put you in Delaware
on the New Jersey side...

I live in Titusville, NJ (FN20nh) about 45 minutes from the Delaware state
line.
I was active with LEO satellites in 2015-16 and enjoyed the work.
I am mostly active on EME now but could get geared up if Delaware is really
needed on satellites.
