[amsat-bb] Phase 4 Ground

ARDC awarded ORI $500,000 to do major development on the phase 4 ground
digital communications terminal. ORI has assembled a tremendous engineering
team to do this work.

Congratulations to ORI.  I was informed the check is in the mail. This is
the largest grant ARDC has given to date.  ORI was previously awarded large
grants by the ARRL foundation and the Yasme foundation to support the work.
