[amsat-bb] ORI receives half million dollar grant, and it's only the first.

To me this is a huge reason for AMSAT to embrace open source. It looks like
there is a path through the ITAR/EAR limitation. ARDC has greater than $50
million and plan to give away 5% a year from what I read. That's $2.5
million a year for 20 years. There is plenty of time for AMSAT to figure
out how to go all open source and win grants.
