AMSAT has a page that posts Shuttle keps when they
become available.

As for frequencies, I presume you mean amateur radio.
If so, no ham gear will be aboard this flight. Crew
members could use the gear on ISS once they are
onboard. Those frequencies are listed here:
http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/station/reference/radio/
If you mean mission launch frequencies then a google
search should turn those up.
