[sarex] Re: ISS Packet active on 145.825

No packet.
Monitored passes Sept 5, between 12:00 - 15:00 utc
during ISS pases on 145.825 and 145.800.
Only heard a few ande-1 packets on 825.
the next pass will be a school sked, so expect no
packet, just voice.
