[sarex] Doppler correction for 1.2 GHz on ISS

All,
The L band test with ISS scheduled for  Dec 28-Jan 3 will require 
doppler correction. (see below)
I have plotted an approx. doppler correction for those who aren't using 
auto correction. This is based on a 10 minute pass and is timed from AOS 
to LOS with the Frq that has to be added or subtracted to the base Frq 
of 1269.650 MHz. each minute.
AOS = +30.000 KHZ
1min. = +29.900
2min. = +29.300
3min. = +27.800
4min. = +22.000
5min. =   00.000
6min. = -22.000
7min. = -27.800
8min. = -29.300
9min. = -29.900
LOS  = -30.000

This chart is approx only but should work for most
