Angel, Last year the ISS digi was operating in the run up to FD, and there was the usual flurry of debates and arguments about whether such QSOs counted for regular, non-AMSAT FD. Just before FD, they pulled the plug, so it didn't matter. So it is hard to answer what WILL happen. Alan WA4SCA
