First UK pass at 08.08utc produced a carrier with no modulation for a period
approximately that expected for an SSTV transmission followed by some
discussions in Russian.

Another activation of the MAI-75 experiment using the SSTV system is
scheduled from about 0700-1100 UTC on Dec 09-11. Various modes are expected
with the downlink frequency being 145.80 MHz. Most activity will be in range
of Moscow but some transmissions could occur beyond that region.
