The Russian events are scheduled from 0900-1400 UTC. Most of the activity is coordinated for Russia.

  In my MMSSTV directory I found the file EMMSSTV.TXT. Therein are all
  modes described, which are supported by MMSSTV. PD160 is also included :-)
