There is no air in space when we lay claim to our "Airspace"
Thankfully, reagan had the foresight to promote the "International" space station to promote peace among nations.
Everybody wants to rule the world.....now space!

In normal (i.e. non-emergency) circumstances, a licenced amateur radio station
may legally communicate only with another licenced amateur radio station. Space
is no different than the open sea or international airspace in that respect.
