[sarex] Reminder: SAREX Reflector to close 1 November

Aftere seeing the movie "Martian" last night, I wonder when we will
eventually have a MAREX reflector for those martian explorers to be able to
use their HT's and communicate outside of official NASA' comms for the fun
of it..
