[sarex] Mir voice QSO

Shalom all,

I just had a nice QSO with Jean-Pierre on Mir.  This was at 2200 UTC
during orbit 76859.  Signals were 59 in both directions.  I also heard
him speaking with European stations on the pass before this one - the
planned Voice Schedule pass.

The rig is a Kenwood TS-790A running 40 watts into a Diamond X300A
vertical.
